AVENUE Q is the story of Princeton, a bright-eyed college grad who comes to New York City with big dreams and a tiny bank account. He soon discovers that the only neighborhood in his price range is Avenue Q; still, the neighbors seem nice. There's Brian the out-of-work comedian and his therapist fiancé Christmas Eve; Nicky the good-hearted slacker and his roommate Rod -- a Republican investment banker who seems to have some sort of secret; an Internet addict called Trekkie Monster; and a very cute kindergarten teaching assistant named Kate. And would you believe the building\\\'s superintendent is Gary Coleman?!? (Yes, that Gary Coleman.) Together, Princeton and his newfound friends struggle to find jobs, dates, and their ever-elusive purpose in life.

I loved this show and can't wait to see it at New World Stages. It is great entertainment. I saw it right after I moved to NYC and really found myself relating to the story. A lot of the things they say are blunt, but that's what makes this show so hilarious. The sheer uniqueness is beyond compare. I would say it is not for small children, but especially great for teens, adults, and everyone in between.

I loved Avenue Q when it ran on Broadway, and am super-psyched to see it come back! It's a hilarious show with great characters and very tounge-in-cheek humor. Great for teens and college students!

I saw Avenue Q on Broadway with the original cast, and I have to say that the current cast now off-Broadway at New World Stages is just as good, if not better in some cases. I'm so glad they decided to move the show off-Broadway instead of simply closing it. It is still absolutely hilarious, and there's a sweetness and humanity to these puppets that make it much more than just a "dirty puppet show." I would recommend this to anyone except young children.

I really enjoyed this show. I saw Avenue Q on Broadway over two years ago and just recently saw it again Off-Broadway. The show is amazing! I would recommend it to mature audiences.
